Traditional Thai massage for space and balance

Traditional Thai massage combines rhythmic pressure, passive stretching, and gentle mobilising movements. This treatment suits people who feel stiff, heavy, or tense and would like to experience more suppleness and relaxation.

We work from Thai tradition, where Sen lines are a familiar frame of reference, while still adapting every session to your comfort level and goal for that day. The result is bodywork that can feel both relaxing and targeted without making medical claims.

Service profile

For each treatment, we make the main focus, intended use, and practical fit more explicit so the service reads as a fuller entity, not just a title and description.

  • more active body feeling
  • release muscle tension

Complaint clusters / focus areas

Therapeutic, with clear boundaries

Our treatments are complaint-focused and adapted to tension, stiffness, fatigue, and the need for relaxation.

  • We start with a short intake and adjust pressure, pace, and techniques to your comfort level and situation.
  • Massage supports relaxation, a sense of recovery, and mobility within a well-being setting; we do not provide a medical diagnosis.
  • Always mention pregnancy, recent surgery, fever, acute inflammation, radiating pain, or other medical concerns beforehand.
  • If massage does not seem appropriate at that moment, we advise caution or recommend follow-up elsewhere.
