Pregnancy massage with adapted positioning and pressure

NaSiam offers pregnancy massage from the second trimester onward. We work mainly in a side-lying position, use cushions for support, and adapt pressure, areas, and duration to your comfort and stage of pregnancy.

Before each appointment, we discuss how the pregnancy is progressing. Please mention complications, medical monitoring, pain, sudden or one-sided swelling, and other concerns beforehand. With a high-risk pregnancy or any uncertainty, consult your midwife, doctor, or other maternity care professional first.

This treatment is intended for calm and physical comfort and does not replace prenatal or medical care. We do not offer it during the first trimester; from the second trimester onward, individual assessment still matters.

Service profile

For each treatment, we make the main focus, intended use, and practical fit more explicit so the service reads as a fuller entity, not just a title and description.

Therapeutic, with clear boundaries

Our massages are non-medical wellbeing treatments adapted to tension, stiffness, fatigue, and the need for relaxation.

  • We start with a short intake and adjust pressure, pace, and techniques to your comfort level and situation.
  • Massage may support relaxation and temporary body comfort; it does not diagnose conditions or replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or rehabilitation.
  • Always mention pregnancy, recent surgery, fever or infection, acute injury or inflammation, skin wounds, blood thinners or a bleeding disorder, and unexplained or increasing pain beforehand.
  • Firm massage, deep tissue, and cupping require extra caution; cupping can cause temporary discoloration, scars, burns, or infections.
  • Seek medical help for severe or rapidly increasing pain, numbness or weakness, clear swelling, chest pain, or breathing difficulty; do not wait for a massage appointment.
