Deep tissue massage for muscle knots and deep tension

A deep tissue massage uses slower, focused pressure on areas that feel stubbornly tight. This treatment is often chosen for muscular load linked to desk work, repetitive movement, or sports.

We build intensity carefully and keep the pressure within your limits, so the session stays firm but manageable. A short-lived tender or workout-like feeling afterward can be normal after a more intensive treatment.

Therapeutic, with clear boundaries

Our treatments are complaint-focused and adapted to tension, stiffness, fatigue, and the need for relaxation.

  • We start with a short intake and adjust pressure, pace, and techniques to your comfort level and situation.
  • Massage supports relaxation, a sense of recovery, and mobility within a well-being setting; we do not provide a medical diagnosis.
  • Always mention pregnancy, recent surgery, fever, acute inflammation, radiating pain, or other medical concerns beforehand.
  • If massage does not seem appropriate at that moment, we advise caution or recommend follow-up elsewhere.
