Classic relax massage: flowing and familiar

Classic relax massage is a full-body oil massage using long, flowing strokes and an even pace. It follows a familiar relaxation structure and is not centred on one specific complaint or intensive pressure work.

Choose it for general physical relaxation. If you mainly want aromatic oil and Thai influences, Thai aroma is a better fit; if slowing down during a mentally demanding period is the priority, anti-stress is more specific.

Service profile

For each treatment, we make the main focus, intended use, and practical fit more explicit so the service reads as a fuller entity, not just a title and description.

Session goals

  • let the full body slow down
  • help muscles feel softer
  • take a restful moment

Complaint clusters / focus areas

  • general tension
  • fatigue
  • need for a non-intense massage

  • those mainly seeking Thai techniques or a pronounced aromatic experience

Therapeutic, with clear boundaries

Our massages are non-medical wellbeing treatments adapted to tension, stiffness, fatigue, and the need for relaxation.

  • We start with a short intake and adjust pressure, pace, and techniques to your comfort level and situation.
  • Massage may support relaxation and temporary body comfort; it does not diagnose conditions or replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or rehabilitation.
  • Always mention pregnancy, recent surgery, fever or infection, acute injury or inflammation, skin wounds, blood thinners or a bleeding disorder, and unexplained or increasing pain beforehand.
  • Firm massage, deep tissue, and cupping require extra caution; cupping can cause temporary discoloration, scars, burns, or infections.
  • Seek medical help for severe or rapidly increasing pain, numbness or weakness, clear swelling, chest pain, or breathing difficulty; do not wait for a massage appointment.
