Back, neck, and shoulder massage for targeted release

This massage focuses on areas that often tighten up through desk work, driving, stress, or general muscle load. With focused pressure and calm techniques, we work on the back, neck, and shoulders to help reduce local tension.

It suits people who mainly experience stiffness, fatigue, or a dragging sensation in these zones. If you have radiating pain, tingling, or acute complaints, please mention this beforehand so we can assess what is appropriate.

Service profile

For each treatment, we make the main focus, intended use, and practical fit more explicit so the service reads as a fuller entity, not just a title and description.

Session goals

  • reduce pressure in the upper body
  • create more space in neck and shoulders
  • support comfort after desk work

Complaint clusters / focus areas

  • neck tension
  • tight shoulders
  • tired upper back

  • drivers
  • those who mainly hold tension in the upper body

Therapeutic, with clear boundaries

Our treatments are complaint-focused and adapted to tension, stiffness, fatigue, and the need for relaxation.

  • We start with a short intake and adjust pressure, pace, and techniques to your comfort level and situation.
  • Massage supports relaxation, a sense of recovery, and mobility within a well-being setting; we do not provide a medical diagnosis.
  • Always mention pregnancy, recent surgery, fever, acute inflammation, radiating pain, or other medical concerns beforehand.
  • If massage does not seem appropriate at that moment, we advise caution or recommend follow-up elsewhere.
