Anti-stress massage for consciously slowing down

Anti-stress massage uses an intentionally slow pace, repeated rhythmic movements, and gentle to medium pressure. Extra attention can go to the shoulders, back, neck, and head without turning the session into firm complaint-focused work.

Choose it when mental busyness and difficulty slowing down are your main reasons for booking. Classic relax better suits general full-body relaxation; Thai aroma is the choice for aromatic oil and Thai influences.

The treatment supports a personal sense of calm within a wellbeing framework. It does not treat anxiety, stress, or sleep disorders and does not replace medical or psychological care.

Service profile

For each treatment, we make the main focus, intended use, and practical fit more explicit so the service reads as a fuller entity, not just a title and description.

Therapeutic, with clear boundaries

Our massages are non-medical wellbeing treatments adapted to tension, stiffness, fatigue, and the need for relaxation.

  • We start with a short intake and adjust pressure, pace, and techniques to your comfort level and situation.
  • Massage may support relaxation and temporary body comfort; it does not diagnose conditions or replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or rehabilitation.
  • Always mention pregnancy, recent surgery, fever or infection, acute injury or inflammation, skin wounds, blood thinners or a bleeding disorder, and unexplained or increasing pain beforehand.
  • Firm massage, deep tissue, and cupping require extra caution; cupping can cause temporary discoloration, scars, burns, or infections.
  • Seek medical help for severe or rapidly increasing pain, numbness or weakness, clear swelling, chest pain, or breathing difficulty; do not wait for a massage appointment.
